These being industry-beating levels of customer delivery. His expert and technical knowledge of the construction industry ensures the continuous growth of Ellen Group Facilities. He possesses and fundamental belief that ‘anything is possible’ and relishes projects of enormous complexity.

Darryl Singh

Director

Bringing 20 years' industry experience across the construction and commercial property sector with him, Darryl’s predominant focus is overseeing Ellen Group’s growth. He expertly manages the companies core principles whilst embracing and implementing innovation, technology and software. He fundamentally believes our success is linked to the success of clients and supply chains alike, and is evident in his ‘relationship is everything’ ethos.

Monica Fagan

HR and Compliance Manager

Monica brings with her over 25 years' experience within the Human Resources sector. Her aim is to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills, experience, and that training, and development opportunities are available to colleagues to enhance their performance and achieve the company's business aims. Her success in this role involves her having a clear understanding of Ellen Group Facilities business objectives and being able to devise and implement policies that select, develop, and retain the right staff to meet these objectives.

Charis Wildey

Senior Service Manager

Charis joined Ellen Group Facilities in 2020 and progressed rapidly to Helpdesk Manager in 2022 . Her role is highly customer focused and allows her to provide excellent interpersonal skills to clients and aids in continually evolving our supply chain. She thrives on meeting strict client SLAs and truly goes the extra mile to ensure we exceed client expectations, her outgoing and positive personality being fundamental to this. Further promotion came in 2024 where she became the Senior Service Manager, she is now responsible for overseeing the service level between Ellen Group and our clients, managing employees to ensure they meet targets, and making strategic decisions to ensure smooth operations.

Ellen Hyland

Senior Relationship Manager

Ellen joined Ellen Group Facilities in 2022 and gelled into her role alongside the rest of the team. She joined with a goal of gaining more knowledge in the industry and is working hard to achieve it. Her role involves being hands on with client requests, processing them from start to finish and constantly building relationships in order to achieve targets. Since starting, she has already developed her administration position to Senior Relationship Manager and would like to further build on her career here at EGF.

Abbie Carey

Senior Finance Manager

Abbie joined Ellen Group Facilities in 2023 and progressed rapidly in her role alongside the rest of the team. With her background in accounts and finance she has been able to apply this to her role and advance quickly to Senior Finance Manager. She joined with a goal to expand her knowledge of accounts and accounting whilst also gaining knowledge in the industry and is working hard to progress in her career. Her role involves managing all financial activities within the business, such as bank reconciliation and she plays a pivotal role in managing all financial aspects of supply chain.

Sophie Walsh

Administration Assistant

Sophie joined Ellen group in 2024, and she has progressed in her role working alongside her colleagues on the help desk. She is working hard to gain knowledge in every area of the industry to maintain good relationships with our clients. Her role primarily involves assisting with the daily running tasks, answering queries, and keeping clients up to date on current and prospective future work required.

Harley Jones

Administrator

Harley Jones is an Administrator within the Facilities team. Having recently finished school, Harley brings a fresh perspective, strong organisation skills, and a willingness to learn to the role. As a motivated young professional, Harley is eager to use existing abilities while continuing to develop new skills within the facilities environment. With a reliable and proactive approach, Harley supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the business and is committed to building a strong foundation for a successful career.
