Bringing 20 years' industry experience across the construction and commercial property sector with him, Darryl’s predominant focus is overseeing Ellen Group’s growth. He expertly manages the companies core principles whilst embracing and implementing innovation, technology and software. He fundamentally believes our success is linked to the success of clients and supply chains alike, and is evident in his ‘relationship is everything’ ethos.

Director of Facilities Management
Claire’s Natural networking skills in combination with influential charisma have boosted 23+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results during her career in property management. Her proven track record in developing and implementing operational strategies. Skilled in property management, project management and Hard & Soft services along side process optimization, and fostering a collaborative work environment and improve customer satisfaction varying in characters and positioning. With her excellent communication skills able to work in a fast-paced environment with a unique blend of business acumen are instrumental in building new relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the properties’ profile and ensuring collaboration.
Ian Pearson
Senior Contracts Manager
An experienced engineering manager, initially from the railroad manufacturing industry, Ian has a wealth of knowledge in HVAC, electrical, construction and skilled strategic planning. Ian is responsible for the success of the M&E resource and contracts across the portfolio. In his role he is responsible for meeting clients and managing the in-house and outsourced service providers ensuring client satisfaction and implementing new innovative solutions.
Monica Fagan
HR and Compliance Manager
Monica brings with her over 25 years' experience within the Human Resources sector. Her aim is to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills, experience, and that training, and development opportunities are available to colleagues to enhance their performance and achieve the company's business aims. Her success in this role involves her having a clear understanding of Ellen Group Facilities business objectives and being able to devise and implement policies that select, develop, and retain the right staff to meet these objectives.
Charis Wildey
Senior Service Manager
Charis joined Ellen Group Facilities in 2020 and has progressed rapidly to her current role as Helpdesk Manager. Her role is highly customer focused and allows her to provide excellent interpersonal skills to clients and aids in continually evolving our supply chain. She thrives on meeting strict client SLAs and truly goes the extra mile to ensure we exceed client expectations, her outgoing and positive personality being fundamental to this.
Ellen Hyland
Senior Relationship Manager
Ellen joined Ellen Group Facilities in 2022 and gelled into her role alongside the rest of the team. She joined with a goal of gaining more knowledge in the industry and is working hard to achieve it. Her role involves being hands on with client requests, processing them from start to finish and constantly building relationships in order to achieve targets. Since starting, she has already developed her administration position into Client Manager and would like to further build on her career here at EGF.
Abbie Carey
Accounts Manager
Abbie joined Ellen Group Facilities in 2023 and progressed rapidly in her role alongside the rest of the team. With her background in accounts and finance she has been able to apply this to her role and advance quickly to Accounts Manager. She joined with a goal to expand her knowledge of accounts and accounting whilst also gaining knowledge in the industry and is working hard to progress in her career. Her role involves managing all financial activities within the business, such as bank reconciliation and she plays a pivotal role in managing all financial aspects of supply chain.
Hayley Kerry
Helpdesk Coordinator
Hayley joined EGF in 2023 to assist the busy helpdesk. She has since built a great foundation with many clients across the country and leads them with newfound confidence. Her role primarily involves assisting with the daily running and coordination of the helpdesk, answering queries and keeping clients up to date on current and prospective future work required
Holly Johnson
Contract support
Holly joined Ellen group at the start of 2024. She strived to learn and adapt to her current role. Her strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and her ability to work collaboratively with others are behind her success in this role. She is responsible for assisting with administration and management of contracts across the company, as well maintaining accurate records, tracking key deadlines and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role has been a great opportunity for her to develop her skills, and gain valuable experience to further her career within EGF.
