Monica brings with her over 25 years’ experience within the Human Resources sector. Her aim is to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills, experience, and that training, and development opportunities are available to colleagues to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s business aims. Her success in this role involves her having a clear understanding of Ellen Group Facilities business objectives and being able to devise and implement policies that select, develop, and retain the right staff to meet these objectives.
